Our Commitment
Spring of Life is a platform rooted in biblical truth, for sharing resources and building connections, dedicated to helping people respond to God’s calling and live out the mission God has given them.
We respect your privacy. We process personal information for clear purposes and only as actually needed, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.
This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you visit the Spring of Life website, contact us, or use related features.

Information We Collect
Information You Provide
When you communicate with us by email or through the website’s contact features, we may receive your name, email address, and any content you choose to provide.
If the website offers subscriptions or other features that require you to fill in information, we will explain the purpose at the time of collection and ask only for the information needed for that purpose.
Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information, such as identity documents, financial account details, or health information, in general messages or emails. Personal experiences you share may also contain private matters such as faith or family; please choose carefully how much you share.
Information Generated by Operating the Website
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes your IP address, the time of your visit, the addresses of the pages you visit, and browser information in order to deliver web pages, determine the region of access, and maintain website security. Website operation logs are kept for 3 days.
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits, including the pages visited, referring URLs, browser and device type, and country or region. This service does not use cookies, and the statistics are not used to identify individuals.
When you register an account, we collect the username/nickname, email address, occupation, and job title you enter. Your password is stored in encrypted form, and we cannot see it. If you choose to sign in with a Google account, we obtain your account’s name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
When you sign in, we record the IP address and browser information used to sign in, for account security. To prevent abuse, the number of requests for actions such as signing in, registering, and sending emails is recorded by IP address.
How We Use Information
We use information for the purposes stated at the time of collection, including:
- Responding to inquiries, handling feedback, and related communication;
- Providing resources or services you have requested;
- Sending content updates if you have agreed to subscribe;
- Maintaining website operation, security, and download features;
- Understanding website visits through the analytics tools actually in use, to improve our content and the reading experience.
We will not automatically add you to a subscription list because you contacted us or downloaded a book. Before using personal information for a new purpose, we will inform you and obtain any necessary consent as required.
Cookies and Third-Party Services
The cookies, local storage, and third-party services used by the website are as follows:
- Sign-in cookies: set only after you sign in, to keep you signed in; valid for up to 30 days and cleared when you sign out. When you sign in with Google, short-lived cookies are also used to complete sign-in verification.
- Browser session storage: the “Biblical Figures” video playlist records its scroll position in your browser’s session storage; this is cleared when you close the page.
- Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
- Embedded video: “Biblical Figures” videos are played through Mux. When you play a video, Mux collects information about playback, device, browser, and network for playback analytics, and may set cookies in your browser; if you are signed in, your account ID is provided to Mux along with the playback information.
- Third-party sign-in: if you choose to sign in with Google, the sign-in process is handled by Google and is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
You can manage cookies or local storage through your browser settings, but turning off certain necessary functions may affect your use of the website.
External links on the website take you to other services. How those services handle personal information is described in their respective privacy policies.
